* USPS Delivers Monday - Saturday
* FedEx 2-Day Delivers Monday - Friday. FedEx Packages will arrive by the end of second business day.
* Orders made after 2:30 P.M. Mountain Standard Time will all ship the following business day.
* Tortle is not responsible for delayed, lost, or damaged packages, and cannot provide refunds on behalf of USPS or FedEx services.
* Duties and taxes can be charged by your country on international orders. Customers are responsible for them.

Providing the perfect fit for your baby's head is essential to the effectiveness and quality of care your Tortle produces. Since Tortle is an FDA-cleared medical device, once returned we cannot reuse or re-sell the product in any capacity for fear of passing on infection.
